MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Madison Police Department confirmed that shots were fired near Elver Park on Wednesday afternoon.
According to MPD, a call came in at 3:51 p.m. from Morraine View Drive reporting shots fired. Officers were sent to the 1100 Block of Morraine View Drive.
