(WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin say one person was found dead in a ditch Saturday afternoon following a crash between a motorcycle and an SUV.
According to a release from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 2:35 p.m. to County Highway J near County Highway CS in Dekorra Township for reports of a two-vehicle crash.
An initial investigation showed that a 19-year-old from Dane was driving an SUV southbound on County Highway J and had gone left of the road’s centerline near a curve leading to a near head-on crash with a motorcycle driven by a 71-year-old man from Sun Prairie.
