MADISON, Wis. — A food truck caught on fire Friday evening in downtown Madison, according to the fire department.
Firefighters were dispatched to the 100 block of Broom Street near West Mifflin Street shortly after 6 p.m.
Upon arrival, Engine 1 found the generator, which was attached to the rear bumper of the food truck, on fire. Firefighters used a pressurized water can extinguisher to protect a passenger vehicle and the food cart itself from the heat of the flames…
