Although Nick Boyd spent just one year with the Wisconsin Badgers, the impact he left on the program will last a lifetime. Boyd’s tenure with the program may have been short-lived, but his production was truly special, averaging 20.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists a game. He was as dynamic as any Wisconsin guard in recent memory, leaving him destined for a future in professional basketball.
Recently, Boyd appeared on “Butches Den,” a podcast hosted by another former Wisconsin basketball star, Brian Butch, where Boyd was given a chance to reflect on what made his time in Madison so great.
