Benjamin Juarez Hernandez, 37, of Acworth, is accused of child molestation, according to two arrest warrants from the Acworth Police Department.
From Jan. 1, 2025, to May 27, 2026, Hernandez is accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl multiple times at an Acworth residence, according to warrants.
Hernandez is charged with six counts of child molestation felony; and two counts of aggravated sexual battery – aggravated. He was arrested on May 27 at 3:41 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
