Couple opens Tuscan-inspired restaurant in Alpharetta

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Fiorenza Italian celebrated its opening on June 27 with a menu featuring authentic Tuscan dishes and fresh, house-made pastas.

The new restaurant, 11500 Webb Bridge Way, marks the fulfillment of a lifelong dream for the co-owners, Alpharetta couple Jessi and Brooke Qilafi. Jessi Qilafi grew up in Florence, Italy.

“In Florence, dining is more than just food,” Jessi Qilafi said in a news release. “It’s about tradition, family, and creating memories. After more than 15 years working in restaurants across Italy, New York City, and the metro Atlanta area, I’m proud to bring the flavors I grew up with to Alpharetta.”…
