Brice Alan Williams, 39, of Rome, is accused of being naked while banging on car windows on June 26 at 6:28 a.m. in the parking lot of a multi-tenant strip commercial center at 2543 Bells Ferry Road in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Cobb County Police received multiple calls about Williams in the parking lot. Upon arrival, police found Williams standing in between a building and a vehicle, wearing only a pair of shoes and socks. He was in plain view of the adjacent roadway, according to the warrant.
Williams is charged with public indecency nude. He was arrested on June 26 at 6:58 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
