Craig Walsh, 29, of Conyers, is accused of using a box cutter to make a six-inch cut on the left side of the victim’s neck, exposing muscle and pulling back surface tissue, on Sept. 1 at 10:22 a.m. at The Shippers Group, 300 Interstate W. Parkway in Lithia Springs, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Walsh is charged with aggravated assault weapon; and aggravated battery disfigure. He was arrested on Sept. 1 at 12:09 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
