Bond denied for 2 suspects charged in bartender’s killing, dismemberment

Two of the people accused in the killing and dismemberment of a Douglas County bartender will remain behind bars after a judge denied their requests for bond.

During a hearing Tuesday, David Barber and Andrea Boyd appeared in court seeking release while they await trial. Both face murder charges in connection with the death of Jamal Parker.
