At Monday evening’s meeting the Smyrna Mayor and City Council unanimously approved a rezoning request for 1715 Roswell Street.
The application, submitted by Anthony Obboye, called for the rezoning of a parcel of a little over a quarter of an acre from General Commercial (GC) to Mixed Use–Conditional (MU-Conditional) to allow for a small-scale mixed-use development.
