An early-morning arrest in Plano led to the recovery of stolen property connected to a recent string of vehicle break-ins, police said.
At approximately 3:20 a.m. Friday, June 26, Plano police officers responded to a call after a resident reported a suspicious person checking car door handles and entering parked cars.
