Frisco Station is adding another company to its growing office roster as Ohio-based real estate investment trust Welltower Inc. signs a sublease for 37,412 square feet at The Offices Two. The August deal brings another healthcare-focused company to one of Frisco’s largest mixed-use developments.
Welltower owns and operates a portfolio of more than 2,500 senior living, healthcare and wellness properties across several countries.
Frisco Station Keeps Growing
Located at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, Frisco Station spans 242 acres and is being built around a live-work concept that combines offices, residences, hotels, parks and entertainment.
Plans for the development’s Towers District have also evolved, with an updated master plan calling for as much as 3 million square feet of Class AA office space, along with a hotel and additional entertainment options…
