Fate Man, 28, Dies in Head-On FM 1138 Crash Near Crowell Lane

A 28-year-old Fate man was killed Thursday evening, October 8, 2026, when his car crossed into the opposite lane on Farm-to-Market Road 1138 in Collin County and slammed head-on into a pickup truck.
