As police look for a teenage suspect they think shot and murdered two other teenage males on January 14, the Garland neighborhood is on high alert. The victims, 18-year-old Alan Chavez and 17-year-old Ruben Arzola, were recognized by the police. Both teenagers call Wylie home.
