Applied Digital has signed a 15-year lease with a U.S.-based hyperscaler at its Delta Forge 1 AI data center campus.
The agreement represents about $7.5 billion in contracted revenue and covers 300 megawatts of capacity to support artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads. With the deal, Applied Digital’s total contracted revenue surpasses $23 billion and adds a third hyperscale customer to its portfolio.
“Our priority remains execution–bringing capacity online on schedule and operating it with discipline over the long term,” Applied Chairman and CEO Wes Cummins said.
