MEMPHIS, Tenn. — At least two new restaurants are planned to open soon in Germantown.
Josephine Estelle + Rosie’s Tavern, an Italian-American restaurant from the chefs behind Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen, Hog and Hominy, Catherine & Mary’s, and more, is moving into a new development at 6695 Poplar at Ridgeway.
Rosie’s Tavern is a bar concept planned for the upper level of the restaurant. The building is in a new development called The Standard, replacing the old Carrefour retail center.
Former Commercial Appeal building set for demolition
