ARLINGTON, Tenn. (WMC) – The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute Arlington Mayor Michael Wissman after he was cited for shoplifting at Wolfchase Galleria.
Court records show that Wissman’s case was stamped as “nolle prosequi” during his hearing Thursday morning.
