A new cafe is making moves to brew up a fresh cup for Memphis java fans. The concept is called Saffron Coffee and paperwork suggests it’s coming in the not-too-distant future.
The coffee shop will be percolating into a 3826 Park Avenue storefront. Saffron Coffee-listed in its entirety as “SAFFRON COFFEE CO LLC”-has a certificate of occupancy under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development as of May 28.
