MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A fire was reported Sunday morning inside the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Central Avenue in Midtown.
The small fire was contained behind the main altar in sanctuary, the Catholic Diocese of Memphis said. No one was inside when the fire started, and no one was injured.
