‘I blacked out’: victim of OUTMemphis shooting testifies in court

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The person accused of opening fire at OUTMemphis, an LGBTQIA+ advocacy organization, appeared in court Monday morning , along with one of the shooting victims.

Aljon Tyler faces three counts of attempted second-degree murder and possession of a weapon during a dangerous felony.

Tyler’s charges stem from a shooting incident at the OUTMemphis center; when officers arrived, they found one of the victims with a gunshot wound to her right index finger and neck.

MPD says the other victim had a gunshot wound to her lower right abdomen…
