MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has arrested and charged a man accused of attempted robbery.
On June 8, officers responded to a robbery call at a home on Hillcrest.
When officers arrived, they discovered a man, later identified as Leotha Bush, was tied to the front porch railing with straps.
Officers spoke with the homeowner who informed them that while he was working in the front room, near the open front door, he noticed Bush approaching his house…
