MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Soul & Spirits Brewery has acquired Memphis Made Brewing Company’s trademark with the hopes of continuing the signature brewery’s legacy in the Bluff City.
Memphis Made, once one of the city’s largest-producing breweries, filed for bankruptcy and announced it was permanently closing its taproom last year.
