MEMPHIS, Tenn. — After nearly two years of construction, the Memphis Flyway is ready to welcome its first visitors.
The new observation deck at the south end of Tom Lee Park officially opens Friday following a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
