Bartlett residents clean up after heavy rain causes flooding, fallen trees

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Residents in Bartlett are cleaning up after heavy rain swept through the area, leaving behind flooding, fallen trees, and damaged property.

The storms dumped between 3 and 6 inches of rain in parts of Bartlett, causing creeks to overflow and low-lying areas to flood.

Residents say flooding has become a familiar sight during periods of heavy rainfall.
