MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – MATA (Memphis Area Transit Authority) said it is working to rebuild public trust after concerns over reliability, mismanagement allegations and leadership changes.
The organization released a fact sheet Tuesday with numbers it said show “MATA is moving in the right direction.”
