MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Government has amended its lawsuit over the MSCS Educational Oversight Board.
Friday, the Shelby County Government filed an amended lawsuit that now includes all of the board’s appointees, including former Memphis-Shelby County Schools Superintendent Dorsey Hopson and former Board of Education member Billy Orgel.
