MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The City of Memphis opened its emergency cooling center Sunday for those who need relief from the heat.
The cooling center is open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 590 Washington Ave. It operated by The Hospitality Hub of Memphis.
City officials said everyone is welcome. Guests must check in upon arrival, but IDs are not required…
