MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The family of a fallen Memphis firefighter is on the receiving end of incredible kindness after undergoing a tragic loss.
As the community continues to mourn Memphis Fire Lt. Jeffrey Norman’s loss, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is making sure his family doesn’t have to worry about paying a mortgage too.
It’s been almost three years since Norman died battling a house fire on Rile Street.

A member of both the MFD and Tennessee Air National Guard for more than two decades, Norman was beloved by the community.
