Mid-South woman searching for grandparents’ ashes after storage unit auction

OLIVE BRANCH, Miss. — A Mid-South woman hopes to get her grandparents’ ashes back, after losing them in a storage auction.

“I still haven’t told my kids even though it’s not my fault. I haven’t told them that they don’t have anything but the bags that we have,” explained Bryttanie Burris

She says everything she and her family had at Olive Branch Self Storage is now gone. Burris says the items were sold at auction after she missed a payment.
