For more than 30 years, Tuyen Le has been serving more than just Vietnamese food; she’s been serving family tradition, community and a piece of Memphis history.

As the owner of Tuyen Asian Bistro, Le is continuing the legacy her parents began with the beloved Saigon Le Restaurant, a longtime Memphis favorite known for its family recipes and popular Vietnamese vegetarian dishes, including its signature lemongrass tofu and Saigon Le egg rolls.

But Le never expected the restaurant business to become her life’s work…
