MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A Memphis man is charged with second-degree murder more than two years after a man was stabbed to death in his house.
Shelby County Jail records show that Anthony Burnside, 55, was booked Tuesday.
According to the arrest affidavit, Burnside is accused of fatally wounding 42-year-old Quintell Walker at his house on Marsh Avenue in the Westside area on the night of June 7, 2024.
First responders rushed Walker from the house to the hospital in critical condition, where he died hours later. Burnside allegedly fled the scene before police arrived…
