MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A customer at a Berclair restaurant has been accused of stalking an employee for the past two months.
Peter Morgan, 40, was arrested Sunday at the Summer Avenue Chipotle for allegedly playing loud music on a speaker in the patio area, causing a disturbance and threatening employees.
He was charged with Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Stalking and Harassment.
