MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police say a man held an ex-girlfriend against her will, tried to break her neck and bit a hole in her cheek.
Khy’ric Mason, 27, was arrested Monday and charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, Theft of Property $2,500 – $10,000, and Domestic Assault.
Police said Mason got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend while they were sitting inside her car with her son in the 2000 block of Shenandoah Drive Monday afternoon.
The victim said her phone started to ring, and Mason got upset when he didn’t tell her who was calling. The woman said Mason told her nine-year-old son to get out of the car so they could talk, and once he did, Mason locked the doors and attacked her.
