Memphis wheels appear to be getting a new home for veteran tires. A shop called Pops Tires and Mechanics has been issued a certificate of occupancy for a new location.
The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development issued Pops Tires its certificate of occupancy for 2157 S Third Street on August 10.
