MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis Police officer was cited following a crash in Midtown late Wednesday night, the department said.
Just before midnight, officers were sent to a crash at the intersection of Union Ave. and S. Cooper that involved an MPD cruiser and another vehicle.
