MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A new suspect has been arrested Friday in connection with the May OutMemphis shooting.
At the end of July, Memphis police were searching for a new suspect after the previous suspect in the OUTMemphis shooting was freed from jail.
According to Memphis Police, on August 20, an indictment was secured, and a warrant was issued charging Lorenzo Matthews, 38, with attempted second-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault, and employment of a firearm with the intent to commit a felony.
