MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital transport team faced severe weather, flooding and a disabled ambulance while working to get a critically ill child from rural Arkansas to Memphis.
According to Le Bonheur, its Pedi-Flite transport team was dispatched from Memphis to a rural Arkansas hospital to assist a young patient suffering from prolonged seizures.
