MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Fentanyl and stolen credit cards were seized from a vehicle after two people were accused of leading authorities on a chase Tuesday.
Lysander Willis, 50, was charged with intentionally evading arrest in an auto, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, criminal simulation $2,500-$10,000, reckless driving, straddling lanes, disregarding a red light, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
India Edwards, 40, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, criminal simulation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
