MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A federal judge in Nashville, Tennessee, has just issued a new order in the fight over state intervention at Memphis-Shelby County Schools.
Judge Waverly Crenshaw has dismissed Governor Bill Lee and other state leaders from the case.
