MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Big Bad Breakfast, an upscale diner with locations in East Memphis, Oxford and across the South, is coming to Memphis’ Cooper-Young neighborhood.
Applications were filed Tuesday indicating plans for the restaurant at 2149 Young Ave., formerly Mulan Asian Bistro, which closed after a fire in September.
