University of Memphis graduating students gathered outside the University Center in the rain on Friday afternoon for the third annual Senior Class Bridge Walk, celebrating the completion of their college careers and the start of their next adventure.
Despite the dark clouds and steady rain, students celebrated with pom-poms and slipped on blue Frosh Camp ponchos — a reminder of their first days as Tigers — before making their way along the path lit by alumni and faculty cheering as graduates made their journey toward the Hunter Harrison Memorial Bridge.
