HERNANDO, Miss. (WMC) – The DeSoto County District Attorney has launched an ad campaign that hopes to deter violent crime.
The billboard is located on Interstate 55 when entering DeSoto County. The sign reads, “WELCOME TO MISSISSIPPI. WHERE THE FIRING SQUAD IS LEGAL. THINK TWICE.”
