Woman charged with DUI after allegedly rear-ending driver, leaving scene

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was charged with DUI after rear-ending another driver, leaving the scene, and having an open bottle of wine in her vehicle, according to Memphis police.

Georgia Brennan, 26, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, public intoxication, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Officers said they received a call about a reckless driver in the area of Poplar Ave and Goodlett Street, where a white GMC Terrain rear-ended a Gray Acura.

On May 10, at around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a driving under the influence call along Union Avenue.
