MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – For the first time in more than 100 years, the school district on the campus of the University of Memphis will graduate its first senior class.
Eighty-nine seniors at University High School, the first UHS students to hold that rank, will walk the stage with a diploma from UHS. Action News 5 spoke with several of these students, who tried and put the milestone into words. They said the moment has not set in yet, but the last year has been spent looking back on their journey.
