Tennessee Ghost Mob Leaders Traded Names For Numbers After Cold-Blooded Hit

The streets of Memphis are down two high-ranking gang leaders following a federal judge’s decision to hand out 50-year prison sentences this week.

Edward Allen, a 42-year-old from Los Angeles known as “E-Money,” and 29-year-old Deandre “Dre” Rodgers of Memphis, were sentenced for their roles in a calculated execution-style murder linked to the Unknown Vice Lords, a violent enterprise often referred to as “The Ghost Mob.”

The convictions, which were finalized on Feb. 13, stem from a wave of retaliatory violence that shook the city in early 2019. According to court records and trial testimony, the chain of events began on Jan. 10, 2019, when the gang’s “Supreme Elite Chief”—the top leader for the state of Tennessee—was gunned down alongside his girlfriend in a residential neighborhood during broad daylight…
