MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest is in full swing with days full of food, competition, and big crowds.
The four-day competition is now underway after a festive opening day that included a parade, the Anheuser-Busch Clydesdales, and the traditional lighting of the grills.
