HORN LAKE, Miss. (WMC) – The Horn Lake Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a man accused of stealing more than $600 from a woman’s purse.
Police say the theft happened Thursday while the 64-year-old victim was shopping at The Home Depot on Interstate Boulevard.
Police say the suspect stole money from the woman’s bag, which was hanging from her walker.
“This thief seized the opportunity to prey on the elderly victim by stealing the money out of her purse,” said spokespersons with HLPD. “If you recognize this male, or know his whereabouts, please contact the Horn Lake Police Department.”…
