Suspect charged in deadly Phoenix shooting allegedly sparked by argument

A Phoenix man has been charged with the shooting and killing of another man during an argument in west Phoenix last week.

Luis Antonio Garcia was booked on charges of second-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a prohibited possessor in the May 20 death of 48-year-old Joshua Fernandez, according to court records.
