PHOENIX — A lawsuit has been filed against the parents of an 18-year-old who hosted a party and allegedly provided alcohol to minors.
According to the lawsuit documents filed, on April 13, the Spencers allowed their son to host a “Senior Ditch Day” party at their property near 40th Street and Chandler Blvd in Phoenix.
At this party, where, according to the complaint, 17 and 18-year-olds were invited, they were also encouraged to take their own alcohol. Allegedly, the Spencers provided alcohol as well…
