Moldy jalapenos found during metro Phoenix restaurant inspections

Maricopa County health inspectors cited three metro Phoenix restaurants for 13 health violations during the week of May 11. Violations included keeping moldy jalapeƱos and lemons; reusing contaminated gloves and utensils; and leaving products like mayonnaise and cheese out of the fridge, among others.
